FEES
About Our Fees:
Please know that each fee has been thoroughly considered, and is an accurate representation of the cost associated with the high standard of care that AdaptABILITY provides - safe, individualized, and personalized.
Fees include costs of materials, activities, most admission / event tickets, and transportation to and from activities during program time.
Fee Categories:*
-Independent eating / drinking
-Independent personal care
-Follows group instructions
-Group supervision
OR
-Has own support companion
= Category A
-Physical support with eating / drinking
-Physical support with personal care
-Individualized instructions
-Individual supervision & support
-Includes 1:1 PSW care or 1:1 Support Staff
= Category B

Category A Fees:
AM Social Group / Theme Program:
$125+ per Program Day
PA Day / March Break Program:
$155+ per Program Day
Full Day:
$215+ per Program Day
Category B Fees:
AM Social Group / Theme Program:
$195+ per Program Day
PA Day / March Break Program:
$240+ per Program Day
Full Day Program:
$335+ per Program Day
PAYMENT
Program Fees may be funded through DSO PASSPORT Program, and other Private, Disability-Specific, Municipal, Provincial, or Federal Funding Programs
Payment Information:
Payments are due in full before Program Start Date
Payments can be made via e-transfer to info@adaptabilitysupportservices.com
Invoices will be provided for each Program / Session
Invoices are created to the standard required to submit for reimbursement through various agencies
